Order dispatch times

Most of the products that are featured on our website are in stock but occasionally products are made to order. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. If you have any specific requirements please get in touch with us via email to discuss your needs.

The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include carriage by either First Class UK Royal Mail or a designated courier. The full delivery address must be given when the order is placed. If goods are delayed in transit this is beyond our control and postage refunds will not be given.

Duties and local taxes

Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.

Damage and loss intransit

It is the buyers' responsibility to check for and report any damages before accepting delivery of products. Occasionally, there is slight risk that things do get lost or damaged in transit. If this happens with your shipment, please report to courier and us. However, since we never ship damaged goods we need your help to try to recover costs from the carrier wherever possible.

Please be aware that we keep a photographic record of each item before the item is dispatched. This supports our case if any discrepancies occur inrelation to any damages incurred in transit.

If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier's insurers. If you receive a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as 'Damaged package; goods not yet inspected' or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming.

Whatever the circumstances, please contact us by email or telephone with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can provide, within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can start following up the carriers.

Please do NOT return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.

Returns and refunds

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please let us know and we will take care of it right away.

Please email us at mail@allthelittlethings.co.uk

Goods which have been authorised as returns should be returned to us postage paid within 14 days of delivery. If the claim is agreed, we will refund monies paid excluding postage paid. Goods which have been soiled through use will not be accepted for return. Please note that refunds will normally be made using the same method as the original payment.

For your own protection, you are strongly advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
